Welcome to Neuroeasee. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Neuroeasee mobile application, Apple Watch application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
By downloading, installing, or using Neuroeasee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neuroeasee.
Neuroeasee is a wellness companion application that provides insights based on physiological data collected from your Apple Watch, including heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV). The Service is designed to support self-awareness and emotional regulation for general wellness purposes.
Important: Neuroeasee is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the setup and calibration process. Inaccurate information may affect the quality and relevance of insights provided by the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The information, insights, and suggestions provided by Neuroeasee are for general wellness and self-support purposes only. They are based on patterns in physiological data and are not a definitive assessment of your health or mental state.
Neuroeasee does not replace professional medical care, mental health care, or clinical evaluation. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical or mental health concerns.
If you are experiencing severe distress, thoughts of self-harm, suicidal ideation, or a mental health emergency, DO NOT rely on Neuroeasee. Please seek immediate help from emergency services (call 911 in the US) or a qualified mental health professional.
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, cardiovascular issues, or are under medical treatment, consult with your healthcare provider before using Neuroeasee. The Service is not designed to detect, diagnose, or monitor medical conditions.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Neuroeasee requires an Apple Watch and integration with Apple HealthKit to function properly. You acknowledge that:
Neuroeasee may offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing will be displayed in the app and through the App Store at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Charges will be made at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings.
Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not have control over refunds processed through the App Store.
The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, algorithms, and user interface, is owned by Neuroeasee and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neuroeasee, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the app or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Neuroeasee is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Neuroeasee regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (such as Apple HealthKit). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
